Duncan J Baldwin LL.B. is the Partner who heads our well established Private Client Department.
The busy and well established Private Client Department is headed by Partner, Duncan J Baldwin LLB Solicitor admitted 1987. Duncan has been with the firm since 1988 and his specialisms are in all matters relating to wills, probate and the complexities in buying and selling property.
He is currently the President of the Association of North West Law Societies (ANWLS) and has been secretary of Burnley and Pendle Law society since 2003.

Anthony is a former Senior Partner of the Firm.
Anthony now works part time and has extensive expertise and experience in all the complexities involved in wills, probate and trust.
Anthony can also assist with all matters involved with conveyancing.
